Halloween is a celebration on the night of October 31st. It is most practiced in the United States and Canada. Children wear costumes and go to people's homes saying "trick or treat!" to ask for candy, and people give it to them. Children are often dressed up in ghosts, witches, or other modern costumes for Halloween.

Come join other cachers as we enjoy individually-packaged donuts in (hopefully) fall-ish weather for the ninth consecutive year. There will be caches that will be released in conjunction with the event - attendees have the oppotunity to search for these caches after the event and claim FTFs on all of the caches, but attendees are not required to search for these caches. All cachers who choose to find the caches on the night of the event are able to claim FTF status on all caches.
As expected, the COVID-19 epidemic has made us have to step back and view how to safely host this event. For that reason, we ask that all attendees perform social distancing from those that do not live in the same household and that attendees wear a mask when social distancing is not attainable. We understand that this Haunt in Halmich event may end up being different than the previous eight, but our first priority is the safety of event attendees.
