Latest U.P. News / Site Changes

- A huge congratulations to the UP Regional Vice-President, Craig333 and his family for being awarded a MiGO Board of Directors Silver Coin Award at the 2008 Winter Social.  The Silver Coin is awarded to MiGO members as a recognition for outstanding service to both the MiGO community and the geocaching community at large.  Congratulations Craig, Fonda, Beny, and Andy!

- 6/5/08 - Updated the Events Page to reflect several upcoming Upper Peninsula events.  They are the Straits of Mackinac Geobash, the Drummond Island Geoevent II, the Presque Isle Park event III, and the 2008 MiGO Fall Fun Day.

- 3/04/08 - Updated the Cache Rescue Page to reflect Upper Peninsula caches that are currently in need of rescue.

 

MiGO Mission Statement:

MiGO's goal is to serve as a forum for communication between Michigan geocachers, the general public, and land management officials, in a cooperative effort to promote the sport of geocaching, an appreciation of the outdoors, and good stewardship of the land and environment.
