Huron-Clinton Metroparks

The Huron-Clinton Metroparks system has a very open policy regarding Geocaching. They sponsor numerous events throughout the year around Geocaching and have an easy to follow and free permitting process to place caches within their parks system.

General Information

Currently, 13 Metroparks covering almost 24,000 acres, serve about nine million visitors annually. The Metroparks are located along the Huron and Clinton rivers, providing a greenbelt around the Detroit metropolitan area.
